All reservation confirmations will be confirmed upon receipt of 50% of total cost with the full balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

If a cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If a cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable.

Troncones is a safe place with minimal crime but please exercise normal precautions and don’t leave valuables out in the open unattended.

There are 2 security cameras on the property. One is above the front door facing the street, the second one is above the hallway facing the beach. The cameras are meant to monitor activity outside the property and are not intrusive by any means.

Casa Barracuda has solar panels and when power is interrupted the batteries will kick in and will provide power for the house except for the AC units, pool filter and other non-critical loads for a period of 24 hours.

Daily housekeeping is included with your reservation, except on Sundays and Holidays. Beds will be made daily between 7:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m, with the exception of Sundays and Holidays. Bed linens will be changed every 3 days or when requested, and towels will be changed as needed.

Cooking services can be arranged with our property manager to book. The cost is $150 pesos per person per meal. A minimum of 5 meals is required per day - groceries are not included.

If interested, we can pre-shop groceries for your trip. You may contact our property manager 2 weeks before arrival and she will provide you with a grocery list to fill. Return the list at least 5 days before check-in. You will need to reimburse our property manager directly at check in with a $80 USD service fee per shopping trip.

You may arrange laundry services directly with our housekeeper for a fee. There are also a couple of laundries in town.

It is customary in Mexico to tip and our staff works very hard to ensure you have a fantastic stay. For tip suggestions reach out to our property manager.

The Tenant shall not photograph, film, videotape, record, or otherwise capture images or video of the Property, including its interior, exterior, views, furnishings, or identifying characteristics, nor publish, post, display, or distribute any such material on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or any other social media or digital platform, for any commercial, advertising, promotional, branding, influencer, personal-image, or business-development purpose, whether directly or indirectly.

The Property shall not be used as a backdrop, setting, or location for photography, filming, video production, or promotional content intended to promote the Tenant, the Tenant’s image, business, services, products, or social media presence without the Landlord’s prior written consent.

Any violation of this provision shall constitute a material breach of the Lease and shall entitle the Landlord to exercise all remedies available under the Lease and applicable law, including, where legally permitted, termination of the Lease and recovery of any applicable penalties, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from such violation. The Tenant shall also immediately remove any unauthorized photographs, videos, posts, or other content featuring the Property upon written notice from the Landlord.
